For Beta Testers

Thank you for helping us test the beta version of PagePilot Viewer.

Your feedback and bug reports give us valuable guidance as we work to make the app better.

Choose Your Device

How you receive and update the beta depends on your device. Testing is focused on tablets, but compatible smartphones are welcome too.

Please do not rely on the beta as the only copy of an important performance setup or its data. Make a backup before substantial testing, and keep your regular performance data elsewhere as well. Labels and screen locations can vary slightly between OS versions.

Ask the Support Notebook First

If you are unsure how to use a feature or setting, but do not need to send a direct inquiry, try asking the PagePilot Viewer Support Notebook first. It can help you look up how to use the app and its settings. You can ask questions in either English or Japanese.

Send Feedback

Please use the form below for questions, bug reports, and suggestions about the beta version.

It may take us several days to review and respond. We carefully consider every request, but we may not be able to implement all suggestions.

When reporting a possible bug, please tell us which screen you were using, what you did, what happened, and what you expected to happen. If possible, attach the data exported from Share Diagnostic Information at the bottom of Global Settings, or screenshots that you are comfortable sharing.

Information you send is handled under our Inquiries and Feedback Privacy Notice. Please review the notice and submit the form only if you agree.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, access tokens, payment details, the contents of scores, setlists, or text pages, or another person's personal information.

Feedback and follow-up communication are handled in Japanese. Some field names and options in the form therefore remain in Japanese. You may read this page in English, but please write your message in Japanese.

Joining the Beta Test

The beta test is open to people who meet and agree to all of the following requirements:

  • You are interested in PagePilot Viewer.
  • You have a tablet running iOS / iPadOS 14 or later, or Android 9 or later.
  • You are willing to help with app development constructively and without compensation.
  • You understand that this is a test version that may not work, may contain bugs, or may behave unexpectedly, and you will use it only where such problems will not interfere with your everyday activities or performances.
  • You agree to remove the test version of the app from your device when the beta test ends.
  • You are willing to provide us with the email address needed to send distribution information.
  • You are able to communicate with us in Japanese.

The beta test remains focused on using PagePilot Viewer on a tablet. If you meet these requirements, you are also welcome to check how it works on an iPhone or Android smartphone.
