The route from files on your device to a library you can still search once it grows.
Import Scores and Audio You Can Find Again
If you already know which score you need for rehearsal, add it to the setlist and open it first. Use the library when you want to collect scores for later. You can start with one song without organizing everything you own.
For This Performance or for Later?
| Your goal | Start here |
|---|---|
| Add songs for this show now | Setlist Detail, where you can add files or photos directly |
| Collect scores or audio for later | Library, with supported formats and import routes |
| Reuse a song prepared earlier | Pick an Existing Song or Score, before importing it again |
Add Clues When Your Collection Grows
Open an imported score or audio file once to check that the pages or sound you need are present. If its name is hard to recognize, rename it in the library. Tags such as the ensemble or show name help narrow a search when you cannot remember the title. Use Bulk Tag Editing to tag several items together.
Tags are optional search clues. With a small collection, names may be enough; add tags when you need them. Try a remembered word in Global Search.
If You Cannot Find or Import Something
- Something you imported is missing: reduce the search text or filters and try Global Search. Importing it again immediately can create duplicates.
- You cannot select a file: check supported formats in the Library. Renaming the file extension does not convert its contents.
- A score is present but there is no song in the setlist: importing a score and adding it as a song are separate actions. Add it through Pick an Existing Song or Score.
